The organization established four large-capacity field kitchens in southern and central Gaza and supported a network of Palestinian-led community kitchens. Through these efforts, over 75 million meals were distributed to affected families in Gaza.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Challenges and Notable Events:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">On April 1, 2024, a WCK convoy was attacked by Israeli drones in Deir al-Balah, resulting in the deaths of seven aid workers. This incident led to a temporary suspension of the organization&#8217;s operations in Gaza.
