Combined with sleep deprivation, lack of personal time, financial stress, and absence of support, burnout becomes almost inevitable. Social media also plays a role by promoting a false image of \u201cperfect\u201d parenting.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1374\" data-end=\"1405\">The Importance of Self-Care<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1407\" data-end=\"1653\">Taking care of your mental and emotional health is <strong data-start=\"1458\" data-end=\"1473\">not selfish<\/strong>\u2014it\u2019s an essential part of being a good parent.
