Psychological First Aid: Psychological first aid is the humanitarian response in support of people who suffer from suffering, trauma, war and disasters, targeting mindsforcommunity through this service the people who have recently been exposed to real crises that made them suffer from psychological distress, Anxiety, and the inability to easily adapt to the surrounding environment, this category includes both children and adults, and anyone who has the potential to accept this kind of support, cannot be forced to help people who do not want it, but in general there are people who need more advanced immediate support than others and they :

  1. People with life-threatening injuries who need emergency medical care.
  2. People who have lost motivation to continue and pay attention to themselves and their children.
  3. People who may harm themselves or may harm others.
  4. People traumatized and stunned by an unusual accident (explosion, sudden death, destruction..)
  5. People who have lost the initiative and the ability to behave…

 

The aim of the psychological aid is to provide safety to the injured and to work on providing the emergency services needed for food, shelter and basic safety medicine and services, and then connect them to the institutions concerned with the provision of these services and provide them with all the information required in this case.
